This quick and easy Chipotle Dip also called Chipotle Mayo Dip is another recipe that you can use in a pinch to complement your meals. With only 3 ingredients, you can make it in less than 2 minutes! I literally don’t buy Chipotle Dip anymore since it’s so easy to make!
I often serve this as a chipotle dip for sweet potato fries. I have my husband and son both hooked on this easy dip.
For the Chipotle Pepper Spice, I find the best is a real Chipotle spice, as opposed to a blend such as Clubhouse Tex Mex, such as below from Amazon. But either will work. (Click Link to go to Amazon).

Caution: Please check the ingredients for any allergies / food sensitivities, before trying this recipe.
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp chipotle pepper spice
1 tsp liquid honey (optional)
Combine Mayonnaise and Chipotle Pepper Spice
Test for taste, add more spice, if needed.
Add honey, if you desire sweeter chipotle sauce and stir
If you don’t have chipotle pepper spice you can use Tex Mex Spice, Chili powder or Mesa Rosa Chipotle.
Serve and enjoy!
In the picture below, I served this Easy Chipotle Dip with Sweet Potato Fries and Fish, accompanied with my Country Coleslaw and my Tangy Tartar sauce 🙂
