Don’t let anyone tell you you can’t make keto pancakes. It’s taken me a bit of experimenting but this is the best Keto Almond Flour Pancakes recipe. They look and taste just like regular pancakes and it’s Keto!
I took an old hotcakes recipe and substituted the flour with almond flour, stevia for the sugar, added more eggs and less milk. It turned out great and they did not fall apart. Only advice, just don’t make them too big so they are easier to flip.

Ingredients for Keto Almond Flour Pancakes
Please check ingredients for any allergies or sensitivities before trying this recipe.
For approx. 10 – 4-5 inch pancakes:
¾ cup milk
2 T olive oil
1 cup Almond Flour
½ tsp salt
2 T Baking Powder
2 Stevia packages = 2 T Sugar
Butter for pan
Combine all ingredients for these keto almond flour pancakes. Mix to combine until smooth, but don’t overmix.
Heat pan/griddle low heat and add butter
Drop 2-3 Tablespoons of batter into pan, so each pancake is about 4-5 inches across. Don’t make them too big otherwise they will break apart.
Wait till bubbles form in surface and check if brown on bottom and then flip them.
When 2nd side is lightly brown, serve with your favorite keto syrup.
