Here is a quick and easy Beef Crock Pot Chili recipe that you can make in your slow cooker and it’s ready when you are. This easy beef chili recipe is keto – friendly. For a Vegan alternative, just skip the beef and add more vegetables or a vegan alternative to meat. There are some extra spices which make it very flavorful. 1 ½ lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
8 T Tomato Paste
1 Cup Water
19 oz can Kidney Beans
19 oz can Chick Peas
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Chipotle Pepper spice
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
2 T Tex Mex Spice
1 tsp Chili Powder
2 Cloves Garlic Crushed
3 Button Mushrooms sliced
½ Green Pepper, ½ Red Pepper sliced
2 Celery Stalks sliced
(For Milder Chili, cut spices in half)
To make this easy Beef Chili, add Tomato Paste, Water, Beans in juice, Chick Peas in juice, all spices and seasoning to Crock Pot or slow cooker and set on high.
Let this cook for a couple hours to get sauce flavor started.
Prep vegetables as below.
Brown and cook fully Ground Beef and drain fat. Add Beef, fresh vegetables.
Cook the crock pot chili for another 2 hours minimum to get the best flavor. Can be served almost immediately, if needed, if meat is fully cooked. Will taste better the longer it is cooked. Recommend 5 hours total.
Here’s the final result!
Serve this easy slow cooker chili with your choice of shredded cheese, sour cream, green onion, bread roll or keto bun.
