We provide rentals from our collection of Vintage and Antique Collectibles. Many of the smaller items are available for rent as set dec and prop rentals for Movies, TV Commercials / Advertising, Music Videos and Print Photography. Items can also be rented for staging and decor purposes, weddings, vintage photos or other events.

Contact/Inquiries

Process (4 easy steps):
1) View the items and make notes if you see something you want to inquire. Please email everythingcountryCA@gmail.com and we will confirm availability and provide a quote. Include ‘Rental Inquiry’ in the email subject line.
In your email, list the items you are interested in renting, and if possible the item # from the listing, the date needed, approximate length of time, and a contact name and phone number and delivery location.
2) We will get back to you with a quote for monthly rental for items available.
3) If agreed, a standard rental contract will be sent by email.
4) Once signed and payment and security deposit are provided, we will arrange delivery. (If a hold is requested, and hold deposit is paid, this will be a separate step.)

Rates
All rentals are for individual items and rates are competitive with local Victoria staging company rates.
Rates vary depending on item. Items are typically between $3 and $50 per month, depending on size, uniqueness and value. There are some grouped items and a few rarer items that cost more per month to rent. Most items are collectible and vintage. Typically items would be rented as specialty pieces, as opposed to staging a whole room. But anything is possible!
Rentals are charged on a monthly basis, for a complete month and are not prorated for early return. All quoted prices are monthly rental rates in CAD$.
A refundable ‘security deposit’ is required in case of damage or loss. The Damage/Security Deposit is 2 X monthly rental amount. (This security deposit is fully refundable if item is returned undamaged at end of rental period.)
To request a hold on an item, a ‘hold deposit’ of 30% of the monthly rental rate is required in advance, with remainder paid prior to delivery. The ‘hold deposit’ is forfeited if order is cancelled.
Delivery
Delivery is provided at $10 per order (for each order up to 10 smaller items depending on size) within the Greater Victoria Area only. For rentals outside Greater Victoria, standard shipping will be applied to the order cost. For larger deliveries, a pickup and drop off option by the renter or movie companies is best or can be discussed.
All funds in Canadian $ and GST may be applicable. Payment Options currently include PayPal (major cards) and e-transfer.

Covid 19 and Wrapping Procedures:
All items are quarantined for 5 days upon return from rental. Masks and Gloves are worn during handling. Items are sanitized where possible depending on product surface composition. Deliveries are in new cardboard containers or washable cloth bags. Any breakable items are wrapped in fresh paper or bubble wrap.
